In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Use of the spot63 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. spot63 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout your membership. spot63 is designed, localized, and operated for the Indonesian market.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended spot63 Account. Each person is permitted exactly one Account, regardless of device, IP address, household, or payment method.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or by spot63. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party: You must be registering and gambling exclusively on your own behalf using your own personal funds. Accounts operated as agents, proxies, or on behalf of any other person are strictly prohibited.

To become a Member of spot63, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a unique username and a secure password. spot63 requires passwords of at least 8 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numerals. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Mobile verification: A one-time SMS verification code will be sent to your registered Indonesian mobile number. Registration is not complete until mobile verification is successfully completed.
• Email verification: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You must verify your email address before making your first withdrawal.
• Account acceptance: spot63 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Changes to registration details: If any of your registration details change after account creation, you must update them promptly via your Account settings or by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate registration details may result in Account suspension pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your spot63 Account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes to any other person.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account, even with your permission.
• You must notify spot63 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• spot63 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from spot63 asking for your password should be reported immediately as a phishing attempt.
• spot63 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings. Once enabled, a one-time SMS code will be required each time you log in from a new device.

The following terms govern all deposits made to your spot63 Wallet:

• Accepted methods: Deposits may be made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. spot63 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Personal funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on spot63, is strictly prohibited.
• No credit or borrowed funds: You must not deposit funds that have been borrowed from any source, including but not limited to personal loans, credit cards, or payday lending services.
• Processing time: Deposits via supported channels are credited to your Wallet instantly. Delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside spot63's control.
• Deposit fees: spot63 does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges independently of spot63.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is not credited to your Wallet within 30 minutes of the transfer being completed from your bank, contact spot63 support with your transfer receipt for investigation.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made from your spot63 Wallet:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity on your spot63 Account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification: Withdrawal requests above defined thresholds may require completion of the KYC verification process before funds are released. KYC typically requires submission of a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport. spot63 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally processed within 3 minutes. Diamond VIP members receive 24/7 instant withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal fees: spot63 charges no fees on any withdrawal to supported Indonesian banks or e-wallets.
• Bonus wagering requirements: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering rollover requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in those Bonus Funds being removed from the balance prior to release.
• Fraud prevention holds: spot63 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Such holds will be investigated as a priority, and the Member will be notified promptly.

spot63 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed account registration and mobile verification. Specific promotions may carry additional eligibility requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: All deposit match bonuses and reload bonuses are subject to a wagering rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover on deposit match bonuses is 15× the bonus amount. Cashback bonuses carry no wagering requirement.
• Bet contribution: Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% toward rollover requirements. Live casino bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories may be excluded from contributing to rollover entirely.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and associated bonuses forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account balance without notice.
• Amendments: spot63 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the spot63 Platform across all product categories:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by spot63. spot63 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market and game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of placing the bet. spot63 may adjust these limits at any time.
• Palpable errors: spot63 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contained an obvious or manifest error, whether caused by human error or system malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
• Match and event abandonment: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before reaching its conclusion, the rules of the specific product (sportsbook, bandar bola markets, live casino) will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. • Live betting: During live in-play betting, data may be subject to a brief delay relative to real-world events. spot63 reserves the right to suspend or void live bets placed after the outcome was effectively determined but before the system registered the result.
• Random Number Generators: All electronically determined game outcomes — including slot spins and virtual table game results — are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game studios. These systems are independently audited for fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spot63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to access or manipulate any part of the spot63 Platform infrastructure, source code, database, or security systems.

All content on the spot63 Platform — including but not limited to the spot63 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of spot63 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the spot63 Platform without prior written consent. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spot63 excludes all liability for the following:

• Unauthorized account access: spot63 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits spot63's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

spot63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Member does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match fixing, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by spot63.
• A request by a competent authority or regulatory body.
• In the interest of responsible gaming, including where a Member has self-excluded or a third party has raised a legitimate welfare concern.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, spot63 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part. Where closure is not related to a Member breach, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Members may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting spot63 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after identity verification.

spot63 takes its duty of care toward Members seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from within their Account settings and are implemented without delay upon request:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly net loss caps. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Alerts displayed at set intervals to notify you of your session duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporary suspension of your Account for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the spot63 Platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and your Account will be inaccessible.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the jurisdiction under which spot63 holds its operating authorization. spot63 is licensed and regulated internationally as an online gambling operator.
